The project rescues built heritage, described by a leading authority on Georgian model farms as

"one of the most important Late Georgian model farms in England," and is being rebuilt as an

education and training centre open to the public.

Employment is given in the project's labour force rebuilding the farm with training given in

traditional building crafts on site and on day release at the local college.

In Phase I,  the Oasts have been converted as an art and craft centre for people with disabilities.

Alterations in progress will allow the upper storey to be open to the public for exhibitions.

The other buildings re-erected are shown on the Progress page.
